GALLERY
The DR-70D is a compact audio recorder that allows the DSLR user to create very high quality audio recordings alongside their film or video images. The recorder can be mounted directly between a tripod and the camera or on top of the camera, resulting in a compact setup.
With its two built-in microphones, the DR-70D is ready to use straight away. In addition, it provides four XLR/TRS combo inputs that can be used to record four audio channels with excellent sound quality with external professional microphones. Thanks to a camera output, the DR-70D’s stereo signal can be recorded directly on the camera to facilitate subsequent editing of the material in combination with the recorder’s sync tone.
The features of the DR-70D include great-sounding preamplifier with switchable low-pass filter and limiter, handling of microphone signals in mid/side format, 24 or 48 volt phantom power for condenser microphones, as well as many common and not so common functions that facilitate recording and subsequent processing of the audio tracks
